Chief Operating Officer for Arts Based, Pro-Israel Humanitarian Aid and Advocacy Organization

Location: Remote, CA 90019

Artists 4 Israel prevents the spread of anti-Israel and antisemitic bigotry while helping heal those affected by hate. An international network of contemporary artists, spanning 32 countries, primarily focused in graffiti, street art, muralism, tattoo, photography, streetwear and music, A4I creates social change through humanitarian aid projects. There are organizations who, on the one hand, provide direct aid to those in need and organizations on the other hand that share a more honest perception about Israel or work to stop hate against the Jewish people. Artists 4 Israel exists in the middle, where those two hands meet. Participating artists travel to Israel and around the world to do projects that create real changes for those in need. Once there, they see the country through their own eyes and return able to share what they have learned. They join an ecosystem of other artists creating programs around the world. Our projects are artist created and artist driven.
The organization's three main program areas are: Trips to Israel and Abroad; Campus and Community Projects; and Antisemitism Prevention. A4I also maintain two related efforts: the Healing Arts Kits which slows or stops the onset of new cases of PTSD in children living under rocket attack and Healing Ink, which covers the scars of terror survivors and soldiers injured in combat.
Our driving motto is ART OVER HATE. Everything we do is strategic, preventive, loving and dynamic.
